Q: What do I need to get my Real Estate License?

90 total hours of class time. These consist of Units I & II. A certificate of completion of both units and passing the Real Estate Exam given by the Real Estate Commission are also necessary.

Q: Where does the Real Estate Exam take place and how often?

The closest place to take the exam is in Beaufort at the Regions Bank, located at 69 Robert Smalls Parkway. They offer tests daily but you MUST schedule ahead of time with PSI and you CANNOT schedule without first applying to the Real Estate Commission for permission to take the exam.

Q: How can I send in my enrollment form and payment?

There are many ways to send your form and payment to us. We do accept cash and the enrollment form in person. You can mail checks and we will process as soon as we receive them. You can also Fax or E-mail the form to us with your credit card information and we will process it as soon as we get it. We only accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover.

Q: When is someone available for assistance?

There is usually someone here between 9 am and 5 pm Monday – Friday. Should you need to contact us outside of those hours or days you can feel free to call and leave a message or e-mail us and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Q: How do I find work after getting my license?

We offer placement assistance to students at NO additional charge. We have experienced people who can help you find what will work best for you and where you can go to further your new Real Estate Career.

Q: What is included in the cost?

Textbook and workbook are both included with your tuition, as well as placement and application assistance. Any extra time needed with the instructor can also be scheduled with no additional charge. Space provided for extra study time or students that would like to collaborate.

Q: Do you offer Continued Education for License Renewal?

We do not currently offer Continuing Education for Real Estate Salesman License Renewal.

Q: How many hours are the classes total?

90 Hours. The Unit I Pre-License class is 60 hours. And the Unit II Advanced Real Estate Principles course is 30 hours.
