Real Estate Salesman Unit II Advanced Real Estate Principles Courses
These five, six-hour modules are required by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission before applying for the Real Estate Salesman’s License. These courses also provide excellent review material to assist the Pre-license student preparing for the state exam. These courses may be taken before the student takes the state exam, but must be taken before the student can apply for their Salesman’s license.
Tuition & Books Per Course (Requires Registration in all 5 Modules +Pre-License Course) – $449
The five modules in the Unit II Advanced Real Estate Principles Course are:
- Module-A: Agency and Property Disclosure
- Module-B: Real Estate Contracts
- Module-C: Ethics and Real Estate
- Module-D: Measurements and Valuation
- Module-E: Finance
Bluffton Campus – Weekday Course $449
Classes are in session between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and include a 1-hour lunch break.

Bluffton Campus – Weekend Courses $499
Classes are in session weekend days 9am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch break. These classes are made up of non-consecutive Saturdays and Sundays.
