Real Estate Salesman Pre-License Course
This is the 60-hour, S.C. Real Estate Commission approved course, required before you can take the state exam for a real estate salesman license. This comprehensive and exciting course covers, S.C. real estate laws, federal laws, appraisal, contracts, property management, financing, arithmetic, agency, real property law, ethics, settlement and closings. The course is taught by instructors with decades of experience in the real estate, appraisal and mortgage lending industry. Our classes are engaging using power-point, lecture, problem solving and student discussion and participation. THIS IS THE CLASS YOU NEED TO PASS THE REAL ESTATE SALESMAN LICENSE EXAM.

Property Management License Course
This is the 30-hour, S.C. Real Estate Commission approved course, required before you can take the state exam for a property management license. This comprehensive and exciting course covers, S.C. real estate license law, federal laws, S.C. landlord/tenant act, owner/manager relationship, rental agreements, office administration and management, and arithmetic. The course is taught by instructors with decades of experience in the real estate, appraisal and mortgage lending industry. Our classes are engaging using power-point, lecture, problem solving and student discussion and participation. THIS IS THE CLASS YOU NEED TO PASS THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LICENSE EXAM.

Advanced Real Estate Principles Courses
These five, six hour courses are required by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission before applying for the Real Estate Salesman’s license. These courses also provide excellent review material to assist the Pre-license student preparing for the state exam. These courses may be taken before the student takes the state exam, but must be taken before the student can apply for their Salesman’s license.
